To help us assess and resolve your complaint efficiently, please provide the following details:
✔ Your full name, address, and contact details.
✔ Your reference number (provided by RiskSec).
✔ Our client’s name (if we were not directly working on your behalf).
✔ Detailed description of your complaint, including key dates, relevant parties, amounts, and any reference numbers.
Once we receive your complaint, we will conduct a thorough investigation and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
Complaint Outcome & Further Steps
If your complaint is not upheld, we will notify you in writing, outlining:
✔ The reasons for our decision.
✔ Your options for further escalation, including:
Referring the matter to the Office of Fair Trading.
Seeking legal advice.
Agreeing to voluntary mediation with us to resolve the issue.
